During this time of change, we’ve reflected and made some changes to provide a better experience. Here’s how.
Our construction, maintenance and nursery teams have been amalgamated into one single Delivery Team, so that we can scale and grow with the demand for nature-based solutions. We’re also boosting the experience within the Delivery Team with two new key roles; our first Operational Delivery Manager and Technical Design Officer.
David Wait, has joined us as our new Operational Delivery Manager and brings over 25 years’ experience in project and horticultural management. He holds qualifications in Horticulture, Structural Landscaping, Irrigation as well as a Diploma in Building and Construction. David will oversee and lead the entire delivery of our projects, including design, procurement, plant growth and maintenance as well the installation of our world leading products.
Joining David’s team is Luli Castello, our new Technical Design Officer. Luli is a qualified Architect and has a master’s degree in Building Energy and Environmental Performance Modelling. Prior to joining Junglefy, Luli worked at Kingspan for five years, with her most recent role being a Façade and Technical Services Engineer.
As well as bringing in new talent, our new structure has also allowed us to harness the depth of experience in our existing team, with two of our longest serving team members, whose knowledge and skills have made a significant contribution to Junglefy.
Leigh Stammers heads up our highly skilled Ropes Access Team, with a Level 3 IRATA ropes access certification – the highest qualification in the field. As a trained Horticulturalist, Leigh has been with Junglefy for 9 years and expertly guides the major service team in maintaining plants at heights. No project is too high or too complex for us.
Plant health and maintenance is also in very good hands with Nathan Wills, who was recently promoted to Senior Horticulture Specialist. With over 8 years at Junglefy, Nathan has a deep knowledge of irrigation, planting and fertigation systems and can troubleshoot any issue to keep our plants (and clients) happy and healthy.
Bringing nature and cities together has always been our mission but we’re more determined than ever to recreate our cities into engaging, purposeful and restorative places. We are excited about the future, post the COVID pandemic and we are looking forward to bringing more nature-based designs to life.
