Junglefy
Breathingwall
Amplifying the power of nature.
Plants have an amazing natural ability to remove pollutants from the air. Junglefy Breathing Walls dial it up to 11. With a little engineering, and a lot of research, we’ve developed a solution that’s scientifically proven to remove air pollutants faster than any other plant-based system on the market.

Research
Our nature-based innovations are engineered to make a measurable difference. Developed by leading scientists and horticulturalists, they unlock the power of plants to make a measurable difference to communities.
15%
increase in productivity
Biophilia in workplaces is proven to boost productivity.1
41%
better than laminated MDF
Indoors, our Junglefy Breathing Walls can reduce reflected noise by 4.1 dBc – a 41% reduction on laminated MDF and outperforms most building material at usual office sound frequencies.2

Let's clear the air
Inside, or out, the secret to Junglefy Breathing Walls is a super-efficient, self-contained system, supported by a network of small, energy-efficient fans hidden in the foliage. By moving large volumes of air through the plants’ root system, they accelerate the natural process of bio-filtration, removing more pollutants from the air, faster.
Everyday a 10m2 Junglefy Breathing Wall produces:
50,434m3
of clean air
that's equivalent to 20 Olympic sized swimming pools of air clean of PM2.5 and most VOCs*
* Figures based average Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) on measured pollutants over a 12-hour period.
70%
reduction of nitrogen dioxide in a single pass. 4
NOx and NO2 can be released into the air from burning fuel and can cause respiratory issues.
44%
reduction of Ozone in a single pass. 4
We want Ozone in our stratosphere but it is unsafe when it is in the lower atmosphere and can be known to cause respiratory issues. 5
up to 95%
reduction of Volatile Organic Compounds 6
Volatile organic compounds are commonly found in fuels, cleaning products and treatment products like paint, solvents, insecticides, and air fresheners. Continuous exposure to these carbon-based vapours has been linked to cancer, organ, and central nervous system damage.
up to 90%
reduction of PM2.5(Particulate Matter) 7
The usual suspects; bush-fire smoke, diesel fumes, dust, allergens and other fine particles with a size of 2.5 micrometres or smaller can cause respiratory damage.
2x
the CO2 removal rate of a regular green wall. 8
More than contributing to the greenhouse effect, carbon dioxide in the air can negatively affect performance in the workplace. Tired people need more time to regenerate than those with access to fresh air. In fact, their pulse rate can go up by as much as 20%, making them less comfortable and productive.
Modular design.
Tailored to your space.
Customisable size
Whatever size you have in mind, we’ll work with your team to design a beautiful Junglefy Breathing Wall that makes the most of your space.
Clever maintenance
Our modular system makes it easy to replace sections of plants that need a little extra attention.
Inside or out
Designed to withstand the harsh outdoors, safely scale a building's facade or fit into snuggly indoors, supported by specialised lighting.
Room to Grow
Our volume
Junglefy plants eight plants to every module for dominant species. We give plants room to grow, and a shared source of nourishing micro-organisms, ensuring they thrive.
Pot systems
All systems will eventually need more space but comparatively, some pot based systems can have less space to grow before becoming root bound.
A strong start
Our own nursery
Grown vertically in our own stunning nursery, in a controlled environment for consistency, you know what you are getting
Beautiful sooner
Some systems can take time to establish on the project, we like to install plants already thriving, so you can enjoy the benefits from day one
Planting intelligently
What ever size you have in mind, we'll work with you team to design a stunning Junglefy Breathing Wall with our tried and tested plant selection.
60% less water
With a smarter design and water storage capacity two weeks, we use up to 60% less water than felt-based systems.

FAQ's
Do green walls and Breathing Walls require lighting?
All plants require adequate lighting to photosynthesize, survive and thrive. If your wall is indoors, and occasionally outdoors if light conditions are not ideal, your wall will require lighting. Your desired plant selection will also play a role. We will carry out a light study to understand the required conditions for your wall and provide you with a lighting plan.
Is plumbing required?
Yes, green walls and Breathing Walls require mains water and drainage connection points
Are shrouds and catchment trays customisable?
Yes, we can colour match to suit you design.
How are Breathing Walls watered?
Managed by remote access smart controller. Irrigation cycles are controlled by our maintenance team and real-time alerts let our team know when abnormalities in the system occur, like a leak or someone turning off an irrigation tap they were not meant to.
Can I take a cutting from the wall?
Of course, but it's best not to take off the wall all the time so whenever our maintenance team is on-site, tap them on the shoulder and ask for a cutting. It's a common question and they always love to hand out the goods. They will likely share you some tips as well.
